When you have registered for a My Print Center account with your school or hospital email address, by default any standard print document (.doc, docx, .xls, .pdf, .jpg …etc) will be entered into the print queue with your Mount Sinai Network ID.

You can send your prints to the following email:

levyprint@icahn.mssm.edu

Once your print job has finished you will receive an email from levyprint@icahn.mssm.edu confirming that your job has completed converting and is ready to print and you can log into your My Print Center account to release your print job.

If you send a print to the print queue emails from an account outside of @icahn.mssm.edu, @mssm.edu or @mountsinai.org (e.g. @gmail.com, @yahoo.com) then you will receive an email to register this email to your print center account. Please note, Doing so may remove your ISMMS/MSHS email address from the account registration which may affect your ability to print.
