Your PaperCut Print Account
Click to log into your PaperCut Print Account
PaperCut accounts are created for all Mount Sinai student, staff, and faculty who have Mount Sinai credentials.
Observers, interns, and volunteers who do not have Mount Sinai credentials can get printing assistance from the Levy Library Circulation Services desk.
Add Credit to Print
1. Log into Your PaperCut Account
Navigate to libraryprint.mssm.edu and login to the page using your Mount Sinai Credentials (i.e email address and password). If you have any issues logging in or need to reset the password for your Mount Sinai Credentials please take a look at the Academic IT Support Center password reset instructions.
2. Adding Credit
When you sign in to PaperCut, you'll first see your account summary. This shows your printing activity, but for adding money to your account, look for the Add Credit section in the menu on the left.
You can choose to add $0.50, $1, $2, $5, $10 or $20. Select the amount you want and click Add Value. You'll then be directed to the payment page run by Authorize.net to complete your transaction.
3. Complete Your Payment
You can use a Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover credit card, or your bank account to complete your payment. You’ll be asked to enter your billing information, and you can also provide your email address if you’d like to receive a receipt for the transaction.
Enter the security code. If you are not able to read the code displayed, you can click the option to provide a new code or click the sound icon for an audio code.
Click Pay Now.
5. Confirm Your New Balance
You will be directed to the Payment Receipt page.
Click the Done link to go back to the add credit webpage and you should see a green banner confirming that new funds are added to your account. You can also check your Transaction History and look for External funds added by payment gateway.
