Student-Priority Meeting Pods

Availability

  • Two student-priority meeting pods are available to reserve.
  • One accessible meeting pod is available to reserve.
  • Reservations available during 11th floor operating hours

Time Limits

  • Individuals can book up to 2 hours per session.
  • Pods can be booked up to 72 hours in advance.

Pod Policies

  • Reservations are highly suggested for use of the pod. Users who occupy the pod without a reservation, may be asked to leave if the pod becomes unavailable due an upcoming reservation.
  • Food is not permitted in the meeting pod. Any drinks should be in a covered spill proof container.  
  • Pods cannot be reserved as a sleeping or napping space. 
  • Users should maintain a study/work environment that does not disturb others in the library.
  • Furniture in the meeting pod cannot be removed for use in other library spaces.  
  • Please help keep the pod tidy by picking up papers, pens and other miscellaneous items.

Group Study Rooms

Group study rooms are prioritized for use by ISMMS graduate, medical, and PSON students.

  • Two group study rooms are available to reserve.
  • Reservations available from 7:30am - 9:00pm, Monday to Friday.

Time Limits

  • Students can book up to 4 hours, per session.
  • Spaces can be booked up to 72 hours in advance.

  • 2 person minimum; 8 person maximum.
  • Cannot be used for commercial, non-academic, or non-work related purposes.
  • Reception-type parties or events are not permitted.
  • Food is not permitted.

Individual Study Rooms

Looking for a small quiet space to take a phone call, have a quick Zoom meeting, or perform a virtual interview? Then these one person sized rooms are your best bet.

Availability

  • 4 individual rooms are available at this time.
  • Reservations available from 7:30am - 9:00pm.

Time Limits

  • Individuals can book up to 4 hours, per day.
  • Rooms can be booked up to 7 days in advance.
