Classrooms and Computer Labs Reservation Information:
When to submit requests:
- Classroom and computer lab reservation requests can be submitted up to 3 months in advance. This includes school, residency, and fellowship courses and long-term training series.
- GME in-service examination requests can be made up to 6 months in advance.
- New availability dates are released the 1st and 15th of each month.
- Laptops or laptop setups are not available. Users can check out laptops in-person at the library front desk during Circulation Services hours.
- Requests submitted for classrooms and computer labs will be responded to in 24 business hours. Same day requests must also contact ASCIT via email or in-person after submitting form.
Availability:
- 10th floor classrooms: Monday to Friday 8am-8pm; closed on weekends
- 11th floor computer labs: Monday to Friday 8am-12:50am; Saturday 10am-10:00pm; Sunday 12pm – 10:00pm
Reoccurring Meetings or Training Sessions:
- We can accommodate reoccurring meetings up to 3 months or 6 consecutive sessions, which ever maximum is met first.
- Students who would like to set up reoccurring student group or committee meetings, please note this in your request.
Response Time:
- All requests submitted for classroom and computer labs are managed by the Academic IT Support Center (ASCIT). Requests will be reviewed and responded to after 24 business hours. If you have a same day request you must ASCIT by email or in-person after submission of the form.
Study Rooms and Meeting Pods Information
- Meeting pods can be reserved up to 3 days in advance between the hours of 7:30am - 12:50pm, Monday to Friday; 10:00am -10:00pm Saturday; 12:00pm-10:00pm Sunday.
- Group study and individual study rooms can be reserved up to 7 days in advance between the hours of 7:30am - 9:00pm, Monday to Friday. Room are not available to reserve on the weekends as the space is used for ISMMS medical and graduate study

Large Computer Lab 11-41
This computer lab can be reserved for academic use by students, faculty, and staff, who require the use of computers for teaching and instruction.

- Individual or group study with minimal talking but no loud or extended conversations.
- All files are deleted nightly. Please save all documents on a personal device.
- Food is not permitted.
- Beverages with lids are permitted.
- Do not leave any personal items unattended. Any item that is left for more than 20 minutes may be removed by library staff in order for others to use the computer.
