Remote Access

Library resources and services are available to you off-campus, from anywhere. To access resources such as databases & eJournals, simply log in using your username and password on the library log-in page. More information is available on our Remote Services page

Evidence Summary Resources

Evidence summary resources attempt to summarize key information on the diagnosis, management, and prognosis of thousands of conditions. They typically offer recommendations and provide references to studies (evidence) that supports the recommendation.  Most evidence summary tools also summarize and provide links to relevant clinical practice guidelines.  Some evidence summary resources include evidence grading to give clinicians a sense of how strong or weak the supporting evidence is on a given topic. 

These resources are usually the best place to start your search.  They can be useful both for answering clinical questions and for identifying relevant studies on a given topic or question.
