Scholars at Mount Sinai: Group Maintenance: Downloading Research Outputs for Research Units

• To begin, log in to the Pure admin portal (backend): https://mountsinai.elsevierpure.com/admin/login.xhtml 
• Navigate to Editor 🡪 Research outputs and ensure that the “My content” filter is enabled.
• Scroll down to the bottom of the page in this view to find the "Download list:" section.   
• Choose your preferred download option from the following: PDF, Excel, HTML, RIS (RefMan), Word, BibTeX, CERIF XML.

Applying filters for research output reports 

You can generate reports with added filters such as publication dates and/or select profiles (such as public or private profiles). 

In order to utilize these filters, click on the filter icon with the + sign that appears to the left of My Content. 

Some options available are:

• Period [publication dates]
• Persons [filter by by researcher names]
• Organizations [filter by departments/units]
• Visibility [filtering by public or suppressed profiles]
