Listing Authors as Collaborators

For cases where authors not automatically associated with a research output as a result of being part of a consortial author group, the following instructions demonstrate how to manually add the author as a contributor.

To begin, log in to the Pure admin portal (backend): https://mountsinai.elsevierpure.com/admin/login.xhtml.
Find or create the research output you would like to be associated with the researcher.
Select "Add Person" under "Authors and Affiliations"

Select "Collaborator" from the list of Roles.

Select "Create" then "Save".
