The Enterprise Video Collaboration (EVC) Department, formerly Multimedia / AV is located on the 10th floor of the Annenberg building. EVC is responsible for supporting the Mount Sinai Medical Center and the Icahn School of Medicine at the Mount Sinai main campus for all audio visual needs. We offer services ranging from auxiliary support to video conferencing. EVC has also added Zoom webinar support to our request forms.

Video conferencing (Zoom Poly systems) have become an everyday routine component to meetings across the organization. Through our ticketing system, we support video collaboration across all hospitals within MSHS and its affiliates. Many of these video conferences incorporate content sharing, which allows us to reach clients as close as Upstate New York and Virginia or as far away as Germany and Israel.

EVC also provides support for Classroom and Collaboration Space Technologies across all campuses including Icahn School of Medicine and MS Downtown as well as All Hospital Campuses across MSHS.
