On Wednesday, January 11 Levy Librarian Robin O’Hanlon presented at the 2017 annual Metro Library Council conference at NYU’s Kimmel Center. Robin’s presentation, “Will This Be On the Test: Rethinking Information Literacy Course Design for High School Students,” highlighted methods she used to integrate more active learning information literacy instructional sessions for a students enrolled in Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai’s Center for Excellence in Youth Education program. Robin also addressed how she applied aspects of the 2016 ACRL Framework for Information Literacy for High Education to her curriculum.
