We are proud to announce that Rachel Pinotti, MLIS (Associate Library Director, Research & Education Services) will be presenting “Evidence-Based Medicine: From Episodic to Integrated” at Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai Medical Education Grand Rounds with Dr. Andrew Coyle, MD on Wednesday, January 11, 12:00pm-1:00pm (Hess Center, 5th floor, room 101, 1470 Madison Ave).

Educational Objectives:

  1. Describe why EBM education is important for medical students, including the challenges in teaching EBM.
  2. Report on the longitudinal EBM curriculum in place for ISMMS students, including its various components and the learning modalities it employs.

Credit Designation:

The Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai designates this live activity for a maximum of 1.0 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
