Placing Course Reserves: Home
Placing Course Reserves
Levy Library encourages course instructors to consider placing eBooks and other electronic resources on Reserve in place of print materials. Electronic course reserves means that students can access readings from home and often means that many students can access the resource at the same time. To place a reserve, use the course reserve request form below.
Print and Audiovisuals
Please submit the course reserve list no later than two weeks prior to the beginning of the course. Note that more time may be necessary to process the request if the material is not available in the Library and needs to be purchased.
You may use the course reserve request form below, or submit a list of the requested material via email to email@example.com. To expedite the request, please include the word Reserves in the subject line. If you email the list, please provide a full citation, including author or editor, title, edition and publication date. Also include the name of the course, the course ID (if one exists), the names of the instructors and the beginning and ending dates of the course.
Please be aware that all print/audiovisual items will be removed from course reserve at the end of the course.
If you have any questions about placing a course reserve, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
