Web of Science: Using a Citation Database: Save, Print, Email, Export
Options for Managing Search Results
Tools for managing results in Web of Science are located at the top of every search results page.
Use the checkboxes to select all the citations on a page or individual citations.
Add to Marked List: Add citations to a temporarily list that you can revisit during your browsing session. You can access your marked list from the right hand side of the grey navigation bar above the search results page. You can print, save, e-mail, order, or export records, or Analyze or create a Citation Report for records on the Marked List page.
Print or email citations by clicking the printer or envelope icons.
Send to: Click the menu to display a menu that enables you to export search results to a citation manager such as my.endnote.com (EndNote Web), EndNote or RefWorks; download records in other file formats; or add papers to your Researcher ID account in Web of Knowledge.
Bibliographic management software such as EndNote and RefWorks enables you to import references from your searches, organize your research, and automatically format papers and bibliographies. View Levy Library's guides to learn more.
